Shopify trial stores and related services remain fully subject to Shopify policies, limitations, automated systems, reviews, and enforcement procedures. We do not control or influence Shopify account approvals, suspensions, restrictions, bans, payment holds, or policy decisions.

GetYourStore and DropAdz provide technical or setup assistance only and do not guarantee sales, profits, traffic, conversions, advertising approval, business growth, or financial performance.

Users voluntarily provide collaborator or administrative access and remain the sole owner and controller of their Shopify store at all times.

GetYourStore and DropAdz shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, financial, operational, legal, or consequential damages including account suspension, revenue loss, customer disputes, chargebacks, policy violations, copyright claims, payment issues, or third-party platform actions.

Users are strictly prohibited from using services for fraudulent activities, prohibited products, spam, copyright infringement, policy abuse, illegal operations, or any activity violating Shopify or third-party platform terms.

We reserve the right to deny, modify, suspend, or discontinue services at any time without prior notice or explanation.
